In the unlikely event that the goods you ordered do not meet your expectations, please send us an e-mail regarding your enquiry at booklike@greenpottedplant.com strictly within 7 days from receiving the goods. We have remained at a strong 5-stars throughout all orders due to our commitment to make sure you feel valued as a supporter.
We do not support refund.
If dissatisfied, your request will be attended to. Once approved, you have 7 days from the date of approval to return any unwanted items to us (please note, that you must first contact us within the 7-day period mentioned above). Note: All goods will be your responsibility from thereafter the delivery confirmation from our contracted couriers. Discounted goods will not be allowed for an exchange. Goods sold outside of the main website (https://www.greenpottedplant.com) are subject to the refund with the platform fee excluded.
Before returning any product bought from us, please ensure that all the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:
Can be sent back to us only upon receiving an e-mail from greenpottedplant.com confirming the approval of your request to return/refund any items you are unsatisfied with
Must be unused, confirmed via photo, and in the same condition in which it was received by you (free tester forms are available to prevent misinterpretation of the products sold)
Must be returned complete with all its parts and accessories (e.g., box, packaging)
Must be sent in its original packaging
Must be sent in one single delivery and delivered back to us within seven days of receiving said e-mail or via visit.
Must not be from an event or discounted sale and exchanged or refunded for (a) full price (product).
If you wish to cancel and/or change the delivery details of an order, please contact us immediately to ease the facilitation of any changes. Late adjustments, failed orders and dissatisfaction of products that have been delivered as described on our site will not be compensated for as greenpottedplant.com is not responsible for user-made errors, though under our discretion, will try to alleviate any damages or losses of there instated made order.
